• Communications: Communication is provided via the confirmation and subsequent emails you receive from us, make sure you enter the email that works best for you!
• Appointments: The service you bought for your appointment is valid between the time that you selected, it is not valid at anytime of day.
• Appointments: We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to relax and prepare for your service.
• On-Time Arrival: A courtesy 5-minute grace period is offered. Arriving later than 5 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a "no-show."
• No-Shows: No shows or missed appointments will be charged in full amount and no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations or Reschedule:
• Any changes: (cancellation or reschedule) must be made by yourself last one hour before the appointment from links ( Find the links you need, in the confirmation email you received from us )
• Free Cancellations: Cancellations with at least one hour's notice prior to your appointment will be refunded in full.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within one hour of your appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
• Cancellation Method: Cancelations before one hour then your appointment by phone or through link at the confirmation email from us, any other emails cancellations are not accepted.
•How to get a Refund : After cancelling your appointment you will receive a cancellation email, you can request a refund by replaying this email to us.
• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
