We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. Please review our appointment policy below.

Communications

  • All communication is provided via confirmation and follow-up emails. Please enter the email address you check most frequently.

Appointments

  • The service purchased is valid only for the specific time you selected, not for any time of day.
  • We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled time to relax and prepare for your service.

On-Time Arrival & Grace Period

  • A courtesy 5-minute grace period is offered.
  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

No-Shows

  • No-shows or missed appointments are charged the full amount of the service and are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Make changes yourself (cancel or reschedule) using the links in your confirmation email.
  • Cut-off time: Any change must be made at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time.
  • Free cancellations: With at least 1 hour’s notice, you will be refunded in full.
  • Late cancellations: Within 1 hour of your appointment, the full amount of the service will be charged.
  • Accepted method: Use the self-service link in the confirmation email or call us before the 1-hour cut-off. Other email messages are not accepted for cancellations.

Refunds

  • If you canceled via the confirmation email link, no further action is required.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Service Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
